Once a web site is sold (on SEDO) how do i go about collecting money and transfering the site.

If i want to sell a site my self where is the best place to list it?

If i sell the site myself how do i collect the money (paypal, Check...)

how valuable are .info .net .biz .tv .org names compared to .com names?

Without getting a name appraised, is there any way i can tell how much it is worth?
