I'd recommend Gthost.com
Canada dedicated servers to everybody, seeing as how it gives huge amount of bandwidth and space for a very little price. Easy admin tools. Haven't had any reliability issues. The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.
