Do you pay increased Broker Fees to sell your domains ?

Hi,

Instead of Paid " Home Page listing " If i make a special offer like

Increase Broker Fee to 20 %, for an urgent sale by Category Listing.

Increase Broker Fee to 30 %, for a very urgent sale by Listing at Home Page Bottom

Increase Broker Fee to 50 %, for a very very urgent sale by Listing at Home Page top + domain name mailed to few end users.

In all the situations there must be a minimum of 4 months for domain expiry .
Once Domain Listed for higher brokerage you can't revert back, as i spare listing fee for that.

[ Even though 50% brokerage is too high few clients jot that sell my domains, it is urgent i will pay 50 % for you - like that ]

I Request review on this subject, More over if i do like this does my web traffic increase (or) decrease
