Moniker not cooperative in Domain Theft
#1
Moniker was recently provided with a court order instructing them to give access to a domain account that an employee of a company hijacked. Moniker has not complied with the court order even though hundreds of domains have been renewed at the expense of the victims as the THIEF that is in control of the account has not been renewing any of the domains that he controls. Moniker attorney is stringing everything out - even though all parties know what is going on, including the Secret Service.
