NameJet takes back my won name, sends it to auction
#1
I won a domain yesterday on NameJet and paid for it by credit card.

Today I got the following email, saying they are taking back the domain:

Quote:Dear NameJet Customer: Please be advised we were unable to validate your account information for your account (Login ID: zachbb). As a result, we have temporarily disabled your account, issued credit on the following domain and will place the domain into a public auction.

I really feel that they should have contacted me first if they wanted information, instead of just banning my account and taking back my domain!

Has this happened to anyone else??
