So basically PSD files can't be uploaded on the website... right? I'm really not into the whole designing thing, although I discover that I have Photoshop elements in my computer, only it is in German and it's very difficult for me to understand! LOL!

It refers to Photoshop file extension which is generally used to create the services for their website and can design them in there own way.
