USA dedicated servers.
Experts are able to help you with everything you may need (scripts installation, etc.) for free.
You can also pay for 1-10 days starting from $5 - really unique offer (just test their servers for less money).

After 'playing' around with 4-5 hosts, I must say, GThost.com is the best host so far. Their
instant server hosting solutions over in 17 locations look perfect.
As for the uptime, it is very good. I have monitoring software for keeping up-time statistics and so far the up-time is perfect.

Servers from hostsailor.com and legionbox.com are well-balanced and cheap.
The staff are really helpful and very easy to contact. You don't have to wait for hours to contact them.
