It also makes use of affiliate programs from eBay, Amazon as well as others.

It has a complete CSS layout.

I am working on other projects and do not have time to continue with this.

I am looking to sell the domain in whole.

The domain name itself is quite valuable and as I have mentioned has a Page Rank of 4.
The site itself has great potential as a clean to use homepage with dynamic subdomains.

Your offer of $50 is not realistic as I could sell text links on the site for $100 a year if I wanted to!

and $450 for the domain and the site and all the backend code included.

In addition you will get over 300 customers of which over 50 have set it as their homepage!

I have told the buyer that I am waiting until I get some other offers before committing.
