In consideration of the findings of Supreme Court in the case of MM (Lebanon), the Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules have been updated. This amendment will have their effect on any decision, which is made on or after 10 August 2017. On the contrary, these changes have no effect on the case where the applicant is capable of fulfilling the minimum income requirement through the standard sources of income including self-employment, non-employment income, salaried or non-salaried employment and cash savings. |
