There are some free layouts at a lot of different websites. You could google it and find some good ones.

This is one of those instances that free template services seems made for ...I've looked at some and they're pretty easy and good.

Yeah. If you don't care about a unique experience but just want to house your content, get one of the thousands of free templates out there and go to town.

Or else come back with a budget and let us know what you are looking for. I don't design myself, but I might be able to recommend someone.
