Yes, you can make decent money doing it. I am thinking about going back to it when my youngest son start school all day next year.

Well if you think you would like to do "adult" phone work there are lot's of possibilities around. Your best bet, though, is to avoid working for a company because they will pay you a fraction of what you can pull in on your own. It does, however, take a lot of effort, just like doing other phone work on a freelance basis.

My best friend has been Craigslist. You can also google specific phrases like "work at home", just be careful about scams because they are all over the internet.

That's the other thing! There are so many scams around, taking advantage of people in need! Just this week, I read about a site that has baby picture contests. They give away a price each month for the winner. I think its $500, and the one that won, was thanks to the help of a group I know: everybody was voting for her... well, time to get the price, turns out that they had erased all info from the site, there is no tracks of who is the owner of the picture, but they still have the picture showing on their site as the winner for the month of september. Oh, I forgot to mention that there is a $15 application fee to upload the picture for the contest... There were 81 participants for the month, and the winner never got paid and can't access the site with her original registration information... So careful out there!

In my case with cashcrate, I re-joined a DVD club, but I was okay with it considering how many free ones I got for joining.

Not all of the companies listed there would be that low-maintenance, I bet.

Yes, you really do have to watch out for scams. I usually research a job first and I start with the BBB website to see what they have to say about a company first.
