Scalahosting.com support phone calls and emails are always quick. I've only needed about 4 tickets and everything has been minor and resolved very quickly.

Highly recommend legionbox.com hosting. The techs contact me checking to see if I have any issues just to be on the safe side.

I am happy with kvchosting.net SSD VPS. Support is superb - they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my sites, whenever needed.
Amazingly, I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a response. If I could give them a 100 out of 5, I would.
