Short & sweet domain. Sounds a bit like iwebtool.com . Checked the indexing results - Google 600+ , Yahoo 200 + , MSN - arnd 90. I think higher $xx will be the value of this domain. Around $90 i think. The "i" lowers the value a bit. TechNow.com would have been worth much more

From mid to high xx IMO
I understand that the "i" would lower the price, but what about thinking of all those "i" products in the market, like iPod, iPhone, iMac... all the fans on those products might end up looking up iTech too! I am talking just from my point of view of a regular internet surfer but not really an expert!
