I've been approached by someone that wants to buy one of my domains, so I thought I'd find somewhere to ask for users oppinions and appraisals.

He also directed me to http://www.forum-windows-club.com/Archive/528319570.htm in order to get an appraisal... The site looks a bit shady, and the company it leads to looks a bit shady and rather expensive. Any thoughts about that as well?
