If you think you found the "holy grail" of the domains, then go for it! Ask a friend, someone you can actually trust, about whatever you want to do, and if anything, find a "partner" for your investment... if it is what you are saying, you'll get your return soon.

I think the more researched it is the more confidence you can have that it worth doing. Internet sources or word of mouth.
