I have personally never used them however know people who have and it seems that they are not having a problem with them
hostgator is one of the biggest companies around, and they do their job pretty good.
I hated hostgator.com
My websites and my clients websites were constantly having issues and some even went offline. I would highly recommend avoiding hostgator.com
So far the best host I have found is PacificHost.com
i recommend to you godady or ipage .
