I just visited there and the do offer some free stuff for beginners. Their paid versions are a bit pricey.
I just finished looking over bravenet. Seem like a good site, I think I will try a couple of sites with them also. I don't think it hurts to try out a lot of different sites and then see what one you like best. The all your eggs in one basket deal.

i have also used bravenet.com before so many days for web 2.0. But Google didn't crawl that site. Now i din't post any content on that site
