Exclamation registrar's site is down!

need help! my domain registrar's site is down.
and i have to change my domain's nameservers!
company: eweb.com.ph
they purchase their domains through: publicdomainregistry.com

any chance that publicdomainregistry has a universal domain control panel like manage.opensrs.net of tucows?

i've contacted both parties, but no luck.

How long has it been down? It could be that they are doing some maintenance or are having unexpected server issues.

I am so happy that things have returned to normal. I can only imagine the complications that might have developed if they had been offline for much longer!

I hate when this happens. You would think that they might have a way of contacting people just to let them know that there is a problem. Hope it gets better for you and comes up soon.

I cannot say that I blame you the least. Have you contacted customer support yet to see what is up? Or maybe that isn't working either?

Sounds like a good idea! They should be contacting people to explain what is going on. It's almost as bad as having your electricity or water not working and no one explaining what the problem is or when it will be fixed for good!
