Yes, it seems easy. I'll be buying three domains this week. I think I'll be buying from Godaddy.com since the transfer process looks uncomplicated.

As soon as you want. However, if you wish to transfer the domain OUT of your registrar (eg. from enom to godaddy, or from godaddy to namecheap), then you usually have to wait 30 days.
