Default Chinese Domain Names Sell for $160,000

Apparently the $160,000 for a chinese domain auction is a record. Looks like the highest priced domain of the group sold for around $49,000.

I think it also tells us a lot about the money being invested in China. That, to me, is more interesting than what it says about the domain name market itself.

The reason that the amount for that Chinese domain is so notewothy is that it's another sign of China's successful growth in every area. The stock market guys love them too.

That's true; whether China is evolving toward the best or the worst, no one can't deny that China is continuously changing.
