This is a very creative business. Buying domains and developing them into profitable sites is a completely creative process. And, of course, added elbow grease doesn't hurt either.

Yeah, it does feel like all the good ones are gone, but keep looking....there are more out there that you can market just fine. Even though I prefer to stick to .com names, don't be afraid to venture into .net, .co.uk, etc. If you market them correctly, they'll do just as good.
