In addition to the other two sites I have for sale

I am thinking about selling www.perfecthomepage.co.uk

This site has over 200 registered users with quite a few of them setting it as their homepage.
The site uses Ajax technology to display RSS feeds and TV listings.

It also makes use of affiliate programs from eBay, Amazon as well as others.

It has a complete CSS layout.

I am working on other projects and do not have time to continue with this.

It appears number 1 in google.com and google.co.uk for perfect homepage.

I am looking to sell the domain in whole.

The domain name itself is quite valuable and as I have mentioned has a Page Rank of 4.
The site itself has great potential as a clean to use homepage with dynamic subdomains.

Your offer of $50 is not realistic as I could sell text links on the site for $100 a year if I wanted to!

I have had an offer of $100 for just the domain

and $450 for the domain and the site and all the backend code included.

In addition you will get over 300 customers of which over 50 have set it as their homepage!

I have told the buyer that I am waiting until I get some other offers before committing.

If you feel that the site is worth more then please make me an offer.
