what is ok and what is not?
i bought ralphlauren.me but i do not know if i dare to use it. is it legal to sell it or put porn on it to kind of push ralph lauren to buy it?
it does not feel legal but it would be greeat to see a discussion or at least get an answer from someone who knows...
Oh, I'm pretty sure Ralph Lauren will have a problem with what you're intending to do with the domain name. While one can register practically any domain name they want, their use is limited by any applicable law or policy, namely trademark infringement.

yeah you will be pissing them off to sue you if you but porn on it.
I won't bother holding out for a hugh payment, see Armani spent hundreds of thousand to get a domain where the owner just wanted a few thousand. Not a money issue here. It's against their TM and people in fasion loves sueing people for publicity.
So I won't bother if I were you, not worth the trouble.
