I found some information that I think is what you are looking for. Here's the link:

I know someone who works on that sort of stuff. It costs at least $50k.

Wow, that's what I was looking for. BTW, this only tell's the procedure involved not the requirments ann investments involved in it, could you please suggest some links for getting this information?
