I think that in this situation that worth to decide what kind of service you are looking for.
You mentored libertyvps.net. That is a good provider, but they are mostly oriented on offshore solutions.
But if you are looking for good VPS services I would recommend you to have a look and check as well netshop-isp.com.cy.

The first time i registered with hostforweb.com vps hosting it was for a single site of a local newspaper in my country.
Features are excellent and pricing is competitive. As for network uptime and speed connectivity, they are perfect.

I would say that libertyvps.net is a good one. But they offer offshore based services. So I would recommend to take that into account.

I am satisfied with centohost.com customer service and tech support. The features are easy to use i.e. cpanel.
I don’t mind paying the extra for the service and support that I have received. Try their vps hosting solutions.

Try VPS accounts from brixly.uk and luxhosting.lu as they qare proven to be the best.
They are trustworthy for what you need. They are great hosts for any type of sites.
