I hosted with cloudarion.com for a year before moving to back to a dedicated server for all my sites.
I can say that their customer support is helpful and responsive.

Have a look at VPS accounts which kvchosting.net and hostingsource.com provide.
They are very easy to work with and do a great job of keeping the sites up all the time. They are also priced well so that they are affordable to basically anyone who would want to use them.

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!
I usually don't recommend but you should 100% go with hostforweb.com web host.
Customer support is responsive and helpful. Great value for money and many packages to suit individual needs.
