I have a very small private web site in the UK just for family and friends. Happy using Netshop-isp.com.cy hosting and can recommend their cheap VPS solutions.
The customer service is prompt and will get you the information you need to make your website function the best.

QHoster.com plans are worth trying.
I highly recommend them for your hosting needs. Besides the great customer service, they have super fast solid state servers - which is another plus for me!

No doubt, exmasters.com is reliable. Haven't had any problems. Highly recommended.
Setup was a breeze and it's been smooth sailing since then. This is what a hosting service is supposed to be.
