I have seen a lot of providers offer offshore services, but not with DDos protection.
Recently I have seen zakservers.com. They offer pretty good servers with DDos. What do you think of them? Are they good?

The service is great! It's a lot faster than my previous offshore server hosting. Zakservers.com is one of the best web hosts out there.
