Hello!
I know that location of the server matters.
So I wanted to ask which providers are good for Europe audience and which one for the USA?
I was suggested checking hostforweb.com hosting solutions.
In your opinion are they good? Or which ones can you recommend as well?

QHoster.com and hostingsource.com accounts are good enough to sign up with.
Super easy to manage and always available. Their customer support is excellent. They usually respond in 5 to 10 minutes and are very interested in getting your problem resolved immediately. I highly recommend them!!
