Your click-through rate (CTR).
The relevance of each keyword to its ad group.
Landing page quality and relevance.
The relevance of your ad text.
Your historical AdWords account performance.

Google quality score is the measure of the quality of ads, keywords and landing pages. Higher the relevancy of ads and landing pages to the user higher the quality score.
