The short answer is No

Many things contribute to trademark cases in domain arbitration.

If you register the domain before the trademark is registered, that will be used in your defense if you are litigated against.

You will find that this will invalidate many of the Bad Faith accusations that may be brought against you under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy. For instance, if you register the domain before the trademark, you can not be said to have registered it in order to sell it to the trademark owner, etc.

nope as it has never happen to me yet, but I do know if you reg the name before they trademarked it, and you are not showing their ads. they have no way of getting the name off you throught the court. in reverse they are trying to steal the name off you
