I picked up a couple domains recently, of which being abzine.com and hdrview.com
I plan on developing them as it seems, in my newbie opinion, that they would be worth more developed than just parked and resold. They're parked at Sedo currently on the off chance someone sends offers until I finish drawing up plans for development.
What I wanted to ask would be appraisals for undeveloped and potential developed prices would they possibly fetch?
Immediately looking at abzine.com and I think of an e-zine about fitness and/or body building related. Kind of broad I would think where as hdrview.com would be a bit more niche with it potentially being developed into a site about High Dynamic Range photography or 3d rendering possibly.
Any thoughts?
