Pool.com employee stole my backorder - cooldoc - 01-07-2010 Hi, Today at January -06-2010 at 2:00 PM Eastern time I backordered http://www.with.ca The pool.com allows to backorder until 3:00PM eastern standard time. And it showed that they accepted my backorder and the backorder capture in progress was also shown after wards. But than at arounf 5:30 pm Eastern time, NY I am seeing that http://www.with.ca is not in my sucessful backorder with pool or other companies I had backordered. Because I had backordered witth.ca at pool, snapnames and droppings.ca I grew suspicious. So than I looked at who is info of " with.ca" Than I looked at whois information of http://www.with.ca And this is what I saw click below whois link https://secure.netfirms.ca/signup/netfirms.ca/whois.php?domainname=with.ca Loll Behold. The Backordered domain name was registered by pool.com employee This clearly shows that Pool.com employee has pocketed the backorder, because it has been registered by pool employe. So beware. If its a good domain and you are the only one who has backordered it. The pool.com guys will not give it to you according to agreement. But the pool employee will pocket it for himself. Here are the tips for my friends.
Ashish Patil Pool.com employee stole my backorder - zach - 01-07-2010 are you sure that it wasn't registered by Pool for use by their backorder service. That is, are you sure that another Pool bidder did not win the domain? |
