Hi everyone. I just wonder those domain players as to where they sell their domain portfolio? AT the famous SEDO, Afternic? or any other places as long it rack good price eg forum or private sales arrangement?

Any particular marketplace that you find the sales potential work best for you?

DomainSocial.com Wink

I have sold a few on afternic.com also. Sales on Afternic tend to go to end users rather than resellers, which means higher return of investment on your domains.

I sell most of mine at Webmaster communities like Digital Point etc. The reason? I don't like paying fees Smile

Well I've sold a few on forums but I've heard of places such as godaddy.com. The people on the forums that I've talked to have used them and successfully, programs like those, for registering and buying domains but I'm not sure about them. Has anyone else had any experience in that area?

Fascinating site just to go through the listings. I saw names which I thought were great original ideas and purchases along with the 'what were they thinking' categories too. LOL.

The thing about The Domain Name AfterMarket (TDNAM) at GoDaddy is that you have to pay a heavy monthly subscription. Also, sellers pay per domain that they list. This is very unusual in domain name auctions.

zach,
you are a diplomatic dude.

in other words, it sounds like a word that starts with a 's' and rhymes with 'ham'...

Well Andrew that was quite the article on GoDaddy. They are dropping all those GoDaddy registrations and they were angry abou their experience with GoDaddy. $1500 a month is alot of money, I can't blame them.
