phpAdnews is a great software for this, but I just do it manually for my ads. My customers pay by month/year and I remind them when the month is almost over and all that.

Well I do this manually for my ads. I always sell monthly ads so it is easy for me to remind. I never use any tool for this.

It is the best I know and a bit advanced. You must know some stuff before using this.

It is purely new thing for me too, let me check and get back with the features and functions of that software, BTW, I'm using phpadsnew for ad's on my site

Being a stonehead I googled opennews and found this WebNews software that translates rss feeds and comment on them with funny animals. One thing leads to another.
