Both companies - winnervps.com and hosting.uk - are worthy.

I can advise you to compare all web hosting services, as it is a top priority for your new web host business to be well-provided with all necessary tools.
Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and /Cloudarion.com will work with you to get things fixed.

QHoster.com (GHR8WY5P4P) and rockhoster.com plans are full-featured and low cost.
They are too good in customer support. I have had many questions about issues on which hosting companies are normally reluctant. They have an outstanding community. The questions get often answered in under an hour.

Pleasant and patient. Geeks with grace comes to mind. Seriously, if you have a problem with your host, give them 5 minutes and you will see why I made time to write about them. You will be glad you did.
