I've been hosting my web site with Libertyvps.net offshore hosting since November 2019 - everything works like a lock and I'm happy.
I have no headache with this decent host. Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 5 minutes of posting.

Use VPS plans from theelector.com and rockhoster.com.
I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially if you're on a budget. I've found them to be very reasonably priced compared to other providers. Tech support is very helpful and friendly.

Think Libertyvps.net would be a good deals. Everything is very easy to use and they give you many resources for the small price they charge. Their customer service has improved drastically since I started the account. It started out with a ticketing system, moved to email and pay for calls to 24/7 instant messaging support.
