That one actually isn't a trademark dispute if one dug deeper. It turns out
more to be basically an agreement dispute than a trademark one.
But that's for their attorneys to duke it out.

So the lawyers had to called on this agreement dispute for Apple? I wonder if the one who paid the most money for the said lawyer wins the case?
