I'd like to say that Rockhoster.com were recommended by my web design professor because of their 24 hour support and diversity of services.
It was super easy. I was able to figure most of it out myself, but on occasion, would need to call in.

Well, kvchosting.net has been an amazing host. Support is quick and extremely helpful.
Fantastic host and they have gone above and beyond the usual business to help get my site up and going.

As others have noted, KVChosting support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response.
Their control panel system is absolutely fantastic. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get.

I was unhappy with my last host so I switched to kvchosting.net provider. It took me a while to get my site switched over, but I am loving this web host. There support will work with you until you get your problem fixed, but sometimes it does take them a while to get back to you. For the cost, you really can't beat it, you get tons of bandwidth and disk space, plus you can have your own youtube site.

You know panamaserver.com plans are worth trying. Support has to be one of the best around. You can get someone on the line almost immediately.
