They will walk you through the solution, wait while you go through the steps, offer suggestions, and then send you downloads and links if you need them.

Have you try Interserver or YouStable Hosting? both are offering premium VPS Hosting at very cheap rate now.

I'd draw your attention to accounts from hosting.uk and inxy.com.
The support is amazing, promptly and all my problems were resolved regardless of the issue at no time. Is really hard to find this type of organization with support as good as they providing?

1. Technical support team - very good, max 1h response via ticketing
2. Uptime - 99.8% (i didn't see my site down)
3. Low prices, they are well-balanced.
4. Very good speed connection.
