If the authentication scheme is different from Kerberos, or if the client computer is not joined to a domain, then HTTPS transport must be used or the destination machine must be added to the Trusted Hosts configuration setting. Use winrm to configure Trusted Hosts. Note that computers in the Trusted Hosts list might not be authenticated." If you have the problem that I fixed the problem DHCP via off IPv6 in my network adapter. I only have one single machine, where I activate the DHCP server.
