Thanks Zack, One thing that used to bother me was when someone contacted you about a domain you own, how best to negotiate the best price.
OK we all have a reasonable idea what domains are worth, but a domain is worth what you can get for it.
when an end user contacts you, usually you don't know if its a individual with a limited budget or a big corporate with pots of money.
Of course i do the usual home work to see if i can find who is behind the offer, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
But all that considered we now have a offer on the table, lets say that its a offer you would be happy to accept, where do you go from there?
come on guys, what would you do? once we have had a few replies Ill give you a couple of examples.
