I'm with DomainAuctionsScript on this one. Parking won't be a good idea either as I don't predict a lot of type-in traffic. Rather setup a Amazon affiliate site with gifts targeted towards 21 year olds. Use a script like Associate-O-Matic (they have a free version) to fast-track the process. If things go well offload it for 12x revenue after 3-4 months.
