I give it about the same. It wouldn't be worth much unless:
a) you can brand it
b) you make something off the misspell of lupe.com
Lupee by itself has no meaning. However, doing a google search I found something in reference to "Lupee Lupien". So you may want to look into that.
Your best is to try to build a website off of it. Search google for the word "lupee" and see what comes up.
