You are both right. Depends on the extension: prices for .orgs start at $xxx and prices for .coms start at about $2000, but can go well over $xx,xxx.
Do anyone have three letter domain here?
Well the are expensive especially if they are short form of some imporant organisations, products...........also they are very easy to remember.
all the best for your auction podcast.
Holy smokes! That price is certainly way out of my ball park! No way! I will stick to two or three word domains rather than letters Big Grin. offtopic... I didn't know domains were for sell on eBay. Interesting!
Intresting?
Haha, You can trade everything on ebay.
I just got some Indian drums for my Mom from e-bay. They were delivered quickly, and it was great merchandise for her to get in Minnesota.
I always wonder why is it so important to have a short name, if you can get a longer name that has more significance to what you want to advertise... I believe of course it is for marketing purposes and because it is easy to remember, but still... have my doubst on how really effective. Is there any kind of study or report that proofs with certainty that shorter domains are better and that's why are more valuable? I'm just curious to learn!
Yeah I'm curious about that too! I think that making a long domain might have some sense so people will remember it more? or just a 3 letter domain will do better? I mean people will remember that more?
