Whats up with not watching a porn site for a few minutes a week? Millions of Americans do. I am sure some go overboard. But entertainment it is.

The trouble I have found with my adult names is the ones that get good traffic recieve low pay per click prices. How to make more revenue is my goal. Maybe developing and having banners on the sites will bring in more money than ppc page.

I am hoping my twatsalot and pinkestpuss domains get accepted into Monikers live adult name auction coming up soon.
Those are some good name, hopefully they will sell for a lot.

You're right on that. I have tried to set up controls for kids but don't find them effective or that they totally mess up other things. I have tried monitoring my own kids. The thing is the time goes so fast, before you know, they are too old for you to say anything about it. Come on, guys, you all knew where your Dad's hid their magazine stash. Well, I don't have a stash for my kids to find but the Internet is full of stuff. Kids are curious. They are always going to find a way to see what they want to see. I checked the history on the browser one day and was totally amazed and shocked at what I found. I don't shock easy. I did talk to the guys about it. Didn't find much since then, only occassionally. Like I said, they are going to do it no matter what you do to block it. I want to say overall, that my boys are generally pretty well behaved and well moraled children. Not boasting, mostly just being thankful. Smile

I don't watch porn because it's not my kind of thing. Haha. :-) But I'm still interested with adult domains. Do you develop adult sites? or do you just buy adult themed domains?
I register adult theme domains and put them up for sale and park them for revenue.

Thanks dark, for the compliments. I do a lot of serious domain work and once in a while I want a break, so I sit down and think of adult domains. The two you are commenting on came to me in a couple weeks of hashing names over.

I will tell you this, the minute I thought of those names I laughed so loud you could hear me down the street. Many who have seen the names got a kick out of them too. So Imo they are memorable. That is one criteria for me when deciding to register one.
I belong to a couple of other than adult niche sites that do have an over 18 section on them. I guess this is so they can complete their vast category of topics. I am not an adult content fan for real. lol.

I guess I came to this thread to stress my opinion about the success of adult sites. My question is like this. If they are such a good and successful market, then why is there so much SPAM marketing with them?
I am surprised at those who would seek to host an adult site even though it's totally against their way of thinking?? Money seems to blind us?
pornography is not good for anyone why support something like this..
Because there are lots of litlle religious types who do not have the heart to allow people to CHOOSE what they read or look at.

I support allowing free religous expression. Why do certain religious types not understand if they want freedom to express their beliefs they then must allow folks who want to express their sexual views that same freedom also. With certain tasteful limitations of course. Those being not allowing minors access to it.

In other words, if religous folks got their way and stamped out porn, then the folks who want to gather to express religion should have those privileges taken away to.

PORNOGRAPHY IS FREE CHOICE. You don't have to enjoy it.

Franciscan views are old fashioned. The year is 2007.

I also support the right to have a view like that. So let me just say my intention is not to be rude to you. The thing is though, many people do like to explore their sexual side. I know even Christians watch the video once in a while.

What good does it do?

The person who wants to register an adult domain is looking for the internet traffic for adult content. Its not much different than a advertiser placing ads on billboards, like Calvin Klein underwear ads.

The billboard ad is allowed because someone paid the money to express their view of what is sexual in an underwear ad. The person who buys a domain that is adult oriented is looking for simalar revenues coming from free willed indivduals that believe they have the right to look at such content.

Those people who choose to view it can be or not be Christians. But in your and my world the billboard ads of scantily clad people, male and female are out in our faces and we have no choice but to see them.

With porn names or web sites you do have a choice. View it or not, its up to you.
