Why do you say that? Having additional moderators encourages those people (if no one else) to be active and participate more, and it eliminates spam issues which can be huge on places like this. As long as they're not all deleting things they shouldn't be, then I see no problem with having more people working on it.

I agree with Kitten. And why would it be too young? Do you mean too small? I think this is one of the larger forums I have enjoyed being part of. And fresh blood is good - it is nice to hear new points of view as well as encouraging others to post more and not be afraid to ask questions.
