Yup, overture keyword tool could return an extensive list of related search performed by users online. It is indeed a good tool to use. Apart from this, I heard wordtracker is good too...but have yet to try it out, simply due to the reason that it cost money:p . Well, I still love free tool.
"Demand and Supply" model is indeed a good guide to follow when performing research in determining th potential value and get a good catch.
