How to make an IDN?

Ok, here are some :-

• プレステ2.com (This domain is park at SEDO)
  
• แอบถ่าย.com (Park at namedrive, appear in Punycode as "xn--n3chz5b1a0g6b.com"
  
• федерация.com (Park at NameDrive, appears in Punycode as "xn--80ahcbq0cyav6f.com")
  
• 电子邮件.net (also parked domain, appear in Punycode as "xn--5nqx41agiu29y.net" )
