Hey,
I recently purchased a few domain names. I bought them in early August this year through these companies.
Godaddy:
PharmacistNation.com
PharmacistNation.org
PharmacistNation.net
Privaterx.net
BuyVardenafil.info
BuyVardenafil.biz
Moniker:
BuyVardenafil.com (Vardenafil is generic Levitra if you're wondering)
I have all domains listed for sale on sedo.com
I just recieved an email asking about purchasing the domain on Moniker, but I need some information first. Is there a Minimum ownership time before the domain can be sold? If there is, can the domain still be "pushed" to another account on moniker.com before that time is up? Does anybody have any idea what to ask for BuyVardenafil.com ?
I e-mailed the person back and instructed them to make any offers through Sedo.com (I don't want to get screwed on a fake offer through e-mail.)
Does anybody have any advice?
Thanks!

I have been looking for a nice and simple auction site template. Not for an Ebay auction, but for a site. Anyone else on here run an auction site?

New NY Bill Involving Domain Names |

So I found this rather "interesting" bill that's been blogged by some domainers
I know:
http://assembly.state.ny.us/leg/?bn=S03814&sh=t
Quote:Relates to cyber piracy protections and the unlawful registration of domain
names; prohibits the registration of a domain name that consists of the name of
another living person, or a name substantially and confusingly similar thereto,
without that person`s consent, with the specific intent to profit from such
name by selling the domain name for financial gain to that person or any third
party; provides for injunctive relief and other civil remedies.
For the full text:
http://assembly.state.ny.us/leg/?bn=S03814&sh=t
A news article indicated it was "approved" by appearingly the same governor
who UDRP'ed his namesakes back then:
http://domains.adrforum.com/domains/deci...919828.htm
No wonder there was enthusiasm in getting this through.
Nothing really, folks. Just posting something if you're interested in reading
and blasting away, although I imagine someone in New York might complain.
